Vikram holds a Bachelors in Economics from SRCC, Delhi University, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Apparel Marketing and Merchandising from NIFT Delhi.
 

With significant stints in Bangladesh, Indonesia, and India, Vikram has gained a practical understanding of the garment industry's varied landscapes.  He started his career at TCNS, and worked across their offices in India and Bangladesh. Subsequently, he managed a production facility for PT Texmaco, a large vertically-integrated Indonesian exporter. His experience with Finesse Exports in India offered a hands-on understanding of running an apparel export business.

In 2001, Vikram set up SKI Pvt Ltd and has since been overseeing production and managing the company's broader operations.

Charu's educational background in Apparel Marketing and Merchandising from NIFT Delhi, coupled with her Bachelor's in French from Jawaharlal Nehru University, has laid a strong foundation for an international career in the apparel industry.

Prior to joining SKI, she has worked across geographies and in various businesses in apparel production and related segments—RMX Joss, a leading manufacturer in India; Quelle, a German mail-order catalogue company; Shroff and Company, a buying agency servicing American brands; and Hang Sang Sui Po, a Hong Kong-based trims supplier.

In her role at SKI, Charu handles merchandising and finance, drawing from her rich experiences.
